Exam Details
In the event you don't pass an exam, you can always take the exam again after 14 days. If you don't pass a second time, you must wait 60 days to retake. If you don't pass the third time, you must wait a year before taking it again. Payment is required each time you take an exam.
EXAM PREP TIPS
- Estimated Times are provided by Google for Education. Content you are very familiar with will likely take you less time to complete while units that include tools you are less familiar with will likely take longer.
- Users man not have access to all of the Apps covered in the Google training materials as they may be blocked by your domain Administrator. If those tools are not accessible to you, we suggest you review content provided on the Google Help Centers website.
- Logging into the system with your Google for Education email account will be beneficial as the system tracks the units you have already completed. You can access a report that indicates the estimated amount of time you have logged in preparation. This report can sometimes be used to document professional development hours in some districts.
- Be resourceful while taking the exam...use the resources available to you to help you answer questions you are not sure about. This is most easily done using 2 devices or dual screens.
Getting Accepted
- Make sure ALL materials submitted in the application are made public on the web.
- Google is looking for applicants who already have a diverse history of delivering Google training so make sure to document that in your application.
- Get some training experience by sharing what you know with others and get their feedback.
- Hone your presentation style and build your knowledge about GSuite and how it can best support learning.
